Installation: automatic radial riveting

Hydrapres S.A. meets the highest expectations of customers also when it comes to complex assembly processes. Each of these processes is custom designed and utilizes either radial riveting or other fastening technology. We design and produce our own equipment for this purposes. The assembly presented above consists of two stamped  parts - including one in transfer technology. Other components, the rivet and bearings come from proven suppliers. The riveting machine additionally evaluates the torque between the pressed elements which has to be within the values required by the customer.
