Hydrapres stamping shop was established in 1998. A year later, the company received ISO / TS 16949 (IATF 16949) certification. With production floor of 5000 m2, we have production capabilities to produce pressed metal elements from sheet metal with a thickness starting from 0.8 up to 7 mm and coil width from 50 to 1020 mm. Our parts are delivered to widely recognizable customers in the automotive sector - see examples of our parts. For the needs of production Hydrapres uses mostly progressive tools. We use presses with a force up to 630 tons with automatic steel feeders (sheet in coils). We also produce parts on transfer and deep-drawing tools. Tool shop workers carry out ongoing maintenance of the tools to keep them in proper condition for years. The employees of the Quality Control Department take care of the stability of the processes, using 3D measuring machines with software supporting the SPC (Statistical Process Control) process. Our parts undergo additional processes: galvanic treatment, KTL painting, washing, deburring and tumbling. We also offer assembly with the use of welding machines, advanced assembly machines, and press-in fasteners. The development policy of the company allows for a gradual increase in turnover.
Our key competences are:
- Stamping parts from hot and cold rolled coiled material
- Additional operations for sheet metal stamped parts: washing, welding, deburring and assembly
- Construction of progressive dies
